What is the Uni-Fit programme?

Uni-Fit is a fitness programme designed specifically for students wanting to keep up their health and fitness without the cost of going to a gym. Uni-Fit offers challenges, nutritional advice and recipes that can be made on a student budget, all working together to create a community that helps people become fitter, stronger and more confident!

About Me

I trained as a Personal Trainer at 18, having danced since I was three years old fitness has always been a central part of my routine. In 2018 I ran my first London Marathon as part of Team Sense. I love coaching people and helping them to achieve their goals and I hope that Uni-Fit helps you to feel fitter, stronger and more confident!

The Challenges

Uni-Fit started as a small group of students taking part in 21 day challenges. We want it to grow, to become a student community dedicated to helping you to keep fit and healthy. The challenges still take place, run through social media they guide students through a series of exercise routines, as well as giving advice on nutrition and how to keep healthy on a student budget.
