Healthy Pancakes!

A weekend breakfast treat made even better!

Ingredients
100g plain flour
1 banana
1 egg
a handful of mixed berries
50ml milk
1tbsp. vegetable oil
Method
1. In a bowl start to mix the flour and egg together gently, slowly start to add in the milk a bit at a time until you have a smooth mixture, you may need to add more milk if necessary.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a flat frying pan until it’s hot, tip the oil into a separate dish and spoon a small amount of pancake mix into the pan. Keep flipping the pancakes until they are fully cooked through.
3. Keep frying until you have used all the mixture, then stack the pancakes and place the berries and chopped banana on top, if you want some extra flavour you could drizzle a small amount on maple syrup on top!
