When you're busy revising for exams or rushing around for lectures, finding the time to fit in exercise can be tricky- have you ever thought that maybe just 30 minutes of exercise a day could be the answer? HIIT workouts focus on short bursts of high intensity exercise that are repeated in rounds. If you do 30 minutes of this it's easy to fit into your schedule and can be done at any time of day, try it out next time to want to work out.
