Sometimes we prefer to workout at home rather than at the gym especially if you feel more comfortable working out on your won. But how to you create a proper workout when you don't have all the equipment provided in the gym? It's easier than you think - here are some ideas for at home workouts:
Using a chair - chairs are great pieces of equipment, you can use them as a bench or exercise steps to do exercises such as step ups/reverse lunge knee lifts/triceps dips.
Stairs - Looking for a quick cardio warm up? Complete a few rounds of going up and down the stairs - remember to be careful and not go to fats in case you slip!
Milk cartons - Ever thought about how heavy milk can be when you have to carry it home from the shops? Put it to good use and use your milk cartons as weights to complete exercises such as deadlifts/bicep curls/shoulder press
The wall - The wall can be pretty great for practising exercises such as press ups which can be quite challenging at first.
