How to make small nutritional changes that make a big difference

It can be hard to suddenly try and make everything you eat healthier, and it can be quite overwhelming with all the different options now available to us, so here are a few small changes you could make that would help imorove what you are eating: - Using wholemeal pasta and bread, there is less sugar than white bread and they are in higher in fibre.

- Changing the way you cook ingredients for example if you have an egg for breakfast, boil or poach it rather than frying it.

- making your own freshly prepared meals for example making a pot of tomato sauce or your own soup rather than using tinned products from the supermarket.
