Starting your day right

Early mornings and busy days unsurprisingly can lead to rushing in the morning, this can often lead to missing breakfast or trying to make it to lunchtime on a cup of coffee. If you want to have more sleep rather than spend time over breakfast its important to make sure that you prepare the evening before so that you don't end up stressed in the morning. An easy way to do this is to prepare breakfast such as over night oats or yoghurt and granola pots that you can grab out the fridge in the morning and eat on the go - obviously a cup of coffee on the way to work can still work wonders for early starts! A healthy breakfast prepared beforehand is going to be much better for you than trying to make it through your morning on a cup of black coffee and little sleep!
